Aloft Bengaluru Cessna Business Park is delighting food lovers across the city with its Kashmiri food festival – ‘Wazwan’. With a wide range of Kashmiri favourites prepared using organic ingredients from the valley, the festival is taking place at Nook, Aloft Bengaluru Cessna Business Park from 13 – 24 February, 2017.
Visitors can choose from an array of delicacies like – Dum Olav, Goshtaba, Kahmiri Saag, Noon Chai, and more prepared under the guidance of industry veteran Chef Sandeep. With over 15 years of culinary experience to his name, he has worked in some of the best kitchens both in India and abroad – including Raddison White Sand Beach Resort (Goa), The Supper Club (Miami, Florida, USA), and The Orient Express (New Delhi).
Speaking on the event, Mr. Sandeep Kumar - Executive Chef, Nook, Aloft Bengaluru Cessna Business Park said, “It’s an immense pleasure to be associated with this unique festival. We have been working with a team of dedicated Kashmiri chefs from the valley, and every dish has been authentically prepared in every stage – from raw ingredients to seasoning. I invite everyone to enjoy this delectable experience, featuring about 20 Kashmiri favourites.”
Visitors can make reservations, and the festival offers lunch and dinner buffet options for Rs. 1,199 each. Lunch buffet is from 12 – 3 pm and dinner is from 7 – 11:30 pm.
